Carlos Azpurua is a real estate development professional with more than 10 years of experience across multiple asset classes, including multifamily, land development, retail, industrial, and hospitality. He currently serves as Associate Director of Real Estate Development at the University of Pennsylvania, where his work focuses on real estate development, investment analysis, and strategic opportunities.

Carlos holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, where he received the Director’s Award for Outstanding Performance and Contribution. He is also completing an Executive Master of Public Administration at the University of Pennsylvania, with a growing focus on affordable housing, urban development, and the intersection of real estate markets and public policy.
