Carlos Azpurua is a real estate professional with over 6 years of working in the real estate industry on all kinds of assets, from multifamily and land development to retail, industrial, and hospitality.
As part of his daily functions, Carlos underwrites and analyzes the value of properties for lending, as well as portfolio analysis.
He holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University, where he was awarded the Director’s Award in Recognition of Outstanding Performance and Contribution.
